Manage project schedule follow instruction from Senior
Represent owner to work with architects to make project follow approved schedule and quality.
Coordinate between
Designer and Sale & Marketing Division to give out products matched with customer requirement.
Have ability to put in idea to improve project to create better and better products with cost control.
Ability to work with Designers and other Department for all the submission procedure to get project construction license.
Review drawing of each submission stage and construction drawing following check list and PMH requirement.
Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during the construction time.
Working with designers checking shop drawing before issuing to site.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a good or excellent academic standing.
Experience: 1 year
Specialized skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Coursework or Training in Project Management is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other software related to Design.
Soft skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to coordinate with all designers and following instruction from Senior coordinator.
- Creative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail in reviewing and verifying design and construction drawings.
