Mô tả công việc
- Execute, revise, and update architectural designs for civil and industrial buildings from conceptual to construction phases
- Collaborate closely with related disciplines such as structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP engineers for drawing coordination
- Prepare design concepts and presentations
- Assist in preparing permit application documents and systematically archive project files
- Comply with company regulations and Vietnamese laws concerning design and construction
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, materials, and technologies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture; applicants with Architectural Drafting certification are also accepted
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an architect
- Have experience in processing industrial project design, Structure
designer is preference
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of structural principles and construction techniques
- Regulations: Well-versed in applicable building codes and construction standards
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as CAD, BIM, Photoshop, Sketchup, Revit...
- Work Attitude: Energetic, responsible, creative, collaborative, and highly motivated
