Create lesson plans for daily activities in line with the school curriculum
Establish learning environments that are creative, focused, engaging and which embody IB philosophy and the mission of the school
Use flexible teaching methodologies that engages students' diverse learning styles
Maintain order in the classroom and provide a safe, secure and healthy educational
environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with all legal regulations
Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve
Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge
Inform parents by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance and social acclimation, reporting on all elements of student development at parent-teacher meetings, both regularly and as needed
Liaise with the Head of Primary School and PYP Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom
Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme and participate in school activities such as open days, assemblies, evening events, conferences
Maintain constant awareness of the needs of any children to whom English is another language
Other tasks as assigned by

Education
Bachelor Degree in Kindergarten Education/Pedogagy
2. Experience
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, minimum of 2 years as a homeroom teacher, preferably in Kindergarten.
Previous experience in
international/bilingual/integrated school is highly preferred.
Curriculum development knowledge
3. Skills & Knowledge
Proficient in English is a plus
Ability to differentiate lessons to a variety of learning styles and ability levels
Proficiency in a second language such as Korean, Chinese, or Japanese preferred
Understanding of other cultures
Knowledge of a variety of pedagogical approaches and ability to apply each one when required
Strong commitment to child protection and safeguarding
Commitment to continuing professional and personal development
