RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Drafter cum Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, supporting take-offs, and assisting with cost estimating for construction and fabrication projects.
Daily tasks
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or Chief Architect
• Review and interpret client requirements, architectural and structural drawings
• Support estimating by measuring quantities and preparing take-off data
• Coordinate with project engineers and team members for drawing and material updates
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related technical field
• Good communication skills in English
• Minimum 1 year of drafting experience (SolidWorks, Revit, or SketchUp preferred)
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans Familiar with aluminum/wood design and fabrication (other design experience acceptable)
OTHER EQUIREMENTS
• Other tasks assigned by Boad of Director (if any)
