Mô tả công việc
1. Project;
Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
2. Job Description;
(i) To implement, maintain established HSE Management Plan & Procedures to ensure Site Work process are performed in compliance with approved HSE Management Plan & Procedures.
(ii) To coordinate with other Departments within the Company, the Client and interface Contractors for safety issues.
(iii) To provide training for all employees and subcontractors to be aware of the hazards and the risk factors in the work process to prevent accidents and occupation disease.
(iv) To review all documentation related to health & safety issues submitted by Sub-contractors.
(v) To manage Company's site activities including Sub-contractors to ensure they comply with approved HSE Management Plan & Procedures.
(vi) To perform site safety inspection to identify and correct potential hazards.
(vii) Be responsible for investigation, resolution, and report for all accident, incident and establishment of corrective actions when needed.
(viii) Liaise with local authorities for HSE issues.
(ix) To provide Company, Client and local authorities with necessary reports related to Health & Safety as required.
(x) Other tasks as requested.

Yêu cầu
i) Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
ii) Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD ...
iii) Experiences :
- Have knowledge of local Vietnam law system, regulation and standards for health & safety management.
- Have knowledge of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001: 2004.
- 5 years experience in construction safety management
- Experience in working with international companies (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, UK, etc.)
iv) University Degree, Bachelor Degree, major in health & Safety or engineering field., preferably graduated from HCMC National University
v) Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
vi) Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
vii) Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
viii) Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
