Working standards revise and manage existing working standards of the department
Manage ISO and ISO related documents
Analyze monthly grinding data, make monthly reports and monitor roll consumption, usage costs
Make drawings, improve equipment to improve product quality as well as safety for people and equipment
Make incident reports, investigate and analyze causes, propose preventive measures
Make technical improvement projects to improve production efficiency and product quality
Work according to the assignment of superiors

Graduated from University with majors: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, English...
Good health, have knowledge about Law, Labor Law
Experience at least 1-3 years in an equivalent position.
Good communication, negotiation skills
