EEPM Engineer
Overview:
Manufacturing equipment engineering, equipment modification, and process technology improvement.
Detail:
Provide engineering support for semiconductor assembly manufacturing equipment, including layout, facility readiness, installation, qualification, transfer, and relocation for new setups.
Manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment modification/development.
Tooling/jig design and improvement.
PM specifications and machine overhauls.
Equipment systems such as RST, TMS, and eCIM.
CAPEX review.
Machine PO specification review.
Quality issue handling and yield/cycle time/productivity improvement.
NPI equipment/tool/fixture readiness and EBR support.
Train engineers/technicians and develop equipment capabilities to support new business opportunities and stable semiconductor production.
Requirement:
Graduated from a university or college with a related technical major.
English: Intermediate level.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-9 years of experience are welcome.
