1. Education: University up
2. Majority: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
Quality Management
Chemical or Environment Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Automation Engineering
Or other related engineering disciplines
3. Experience in customer complaint handling, QA/QC and quality improvement activities is preferred.
4. Understanding of quality tools and methodologies is preferred (7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, 8D Problem Solving)
