Supplier Development & Performance Management
Research, evaluate, and cultivate a robust network of reliable suppliers.
Assess supplier capabilities, including production capacity, product quality, and price competitiveness.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing suppliers to ensure service stability.
Procurement Execution
Issue purchase orders promptly based on material requirements and production schedules.
Complete contract signing processes and maintain all related documentation.
Track order production progress, logistics status, and arrival times to ensure all materials reach the factory on time and in correct quantities.
Cost Analysis & Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth price analysis and perform aggressive negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms.
Continuously track raw material price trends, exchange rates, and international shipping costs within both the Vietnamese and global markets.
Reporting & Collaboration
Report purchasing activities and market updates periodically to senior management.
Collaborate effectively with the Warehouse and Quality Control (QC) departments to inspect incoming goods quality and quantity.
Handle incidents related to defective goods, material shortages, or returns efficiently to minimize operational impact.

Education & Qualifications
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of purchasing principles, supply chain logistics, and material requirements planning.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese for professional reading, writing, and speaking.
Proficient in utilizing office software applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Personality & Attitude
Honest, disciplined, and strictly adheres to procurement ethics and corporate principles.
Proactive, resilient, and capable of working effectively under high work pressure.
Candidates under 30 years of age are preferred.
