Mô tả công việc

- Monitor quality targets and handle quality problems daily
- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and provide countermeasures to solve quality issues; Monitor implementation progress and effectiveness of countermeasures
- Make customer and supplier claim reports
- Prepare quality status reports for superiors (if necessary)
- Prepare documents, instructions, equipment, and tools related to quality assurance and quality control when producing new products
- Training on processes, newly issued standards, new products, and advanced skills for Leader, Foreman
- Complete and improve the quality management system at all stages in the lines
- Set standard operating time targets & implement improvement/training actions... to achieve the goal
- Make instructions: QI, WIV as required by superiors
- Support Foreman's tasks in case Foreman is absent or needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Yêu cầu

- Have a bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive/...)
- Can communicate in English
- Fluent in Auto Cad, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Having knowledge and experience in related fields is an advantage, e.g 4M, 5W1H, ISO9001, 14001, 7 QC tools (Freshers are accepted)
- Problem-solving, Team working skills
- Able to work under high pressure
