Visit, evaluate and audit existing and new suppliers
Participation in sourcing and supplier selection
New projects and localization - feasibility, risk assessment and part development
Plan and conduct supplier process audits to verify controls and capabilities

Yêu cầu
2+ years in quality engineering (QE or SQE), metal manufacturing (die casting, machining, stamping, welding, heat treatment, finishing etc.), experience in supplier development for quality and technology for mechanical engineering process mainly for machining of components.
Proficient in PFMEA, DOE, statistical analysis.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English for technical communication (written and verbal).
Knowledge: Familiar with Quality Management Systems, SCAR, and 8D processes.
Quality awareness (know about ISO/TS 16949/14000/18000)
Proficiency in English
Other: Adaptable, ownership-driven, and skilled in auditing and training.
