Mô tả công việc
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems for electric vehicles, including chassis, body structures, suspension systems, and drivetrain components.
3. Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical designs.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering analysis to evaluate design concepts and ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
5. Generate engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical reports.
6. Prototype and test mechanical designs to validate performance, identify potential issues, and optimize for efficiency and manufacturability.
7. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
8. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of industrial product and manufacturing design experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Experience with CAD software, such as Catia, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. Experience in PLM is an advantage.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication in English
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
9. Prior experience with electric vehicle design, battery systems, and powertrain components is a plus.
