JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines
2. Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in E&I design within industrial/EPC environments
Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or manufacturing projects is preferred
Experience in both Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering is a strong advantage
3. Technical Skills
Strong understanding of: P&IDs, Loop diagrams, Instrumentation systems, LV electrical systems
Experience with: AutoCAD, SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation), Navisworks
Knowledge of EPLAN or other electrical design tools is highly preferred
Familiar with: Instrument selection principles, Control valve and flowmeter basics, PLC/DCS systems
Knowledge of European standards (IEC, PED, ATEX, SIL/Functional Safety) is a strong plus
4. Soft Skills
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Willingness to learn European engineering practices
Good English communication (spoken & written)
