Program management of machines, equipment and robot arm, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) in the whole factory, edit program according to production requirements.
Make a plan to improve machinery and equipment to effectively serve production.
Design the hardware and software for the new machines.
Update, recommend changing equipment, new technical technology to ensure the most efficient operation of machinery.
Perform machine improvement projects.
Coordinate with production engineers to implement machine improvement.
Technical support for the production department to repair and convert production machines to ensure continuous operation to ensure production goals.
On-the-job training and guidance for program engineers at factory.
Manage Engineers, Assistant engineers, technicians and operators within the assigned team.
Report punctually any difficulty when performing all the above job.

Graduated from University with a major in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
4 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong knowledge of automation systems and production machinery.
Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
