Mô tả công việc
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Implement, configure and support software at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Deliver customer training and workshops.
• Support pre-sales demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

Yêu cầu
Common Requirements
• Experience in using Mastercam or other CAM software from 2-4 years.
• CNC machining knowledge or Post Processor experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication.
• Willingness to travel.
