Mô tả công việc
I. PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
Identify needs and deliver talent development programs for specific client groups that will enhance their productivity and performance
Monitor and analyze the impact of learning programs for continuous improvement
Implement succession planning for employee career development
Evaluate business structures, advise management on the allocation of personnel and resources, and facilitate cost-effective and efficient procedures
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Owner of ALP Learning Program (40%)
Deliver onboarding for newcomers
Prepare annual training agenda including designing, managing execution of programs and extend to training delivery when needed
Analyze and identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address L&D and cultural needs
Prepare training needs analysis, training assessments, and practical hands-on training initiatives
Partner with internal subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Select appropriate training aids. Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material. Ensure that programs are integrated and aligned with existing or anticipated programs and interventions
Evaluate and coordinate external training opportunities while maintaining budget responsibility
Keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Learning & Development
Update the L&D tracking program and do an assessment to evaluate L&D effectiveness
2. Performance Management & Talent Development (25%)
Collaborate with HODs & HRBPs for setting annual KPI
Partner with HRBPs to challenge and support their business/function on the talent development process
Carry out performance review (HiPer HiPo, 360 feedback...) and follow up the succession planning process
Roll out employee engagement strategy (eNPS) including launching the survey, results analysis, focused group discussion, and action plan to make ALP a great place to work
3. Organizational Development (25%)
Assess ALP values for each employee and come up with an education & communications plan to promote these values within the organization
Collaborate with HODs, HRBPs, and EB to design and nurture young talents across the organization
Optimize personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase performance efficiency and align activities with business objectives
Support design, revision, and implementation of the HR policies and practices
4. Projects (10%)
HR events, employer branding activities (poster, content, MOU...)

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience in L&OD
Fluent in English
Experience designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training
Strong problem-solving & planning skills: the ability to translate organizational and individual needs into specific solutions with proper plan
Strong communications & influencing skills: the ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity and work with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels throughout the organization
Active, open-minded, flexible to change, resilient
Minimum of 3 years experience in L&OD
Fluent in English
Experience designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training
