Server are required to serve all food and beverages to guests in the most efficiency, professional manner and meet guest' expectation.
- Arrange and stock up service utensil from washing area to store area
- Wipe with clean cloth, which is designed for dry clean utensil.
- Return chip, heavy scratch, food stain chinaware/cutlery back to steward department for rewash or discard under breakage report. Crew members pass breakage equipment to report line for signature.
- Welcome, guild guests to table and taking an order followed standard operation procedures
- Providing items suggestion, need to guild guest pay attention to " Black Board " beside the Menu, upsell special items in store / restaurant menus.
