Mô tả công việc
Essential Function 1: Your main duty - Color matching
1. Perform colour matching / application operation in the laboratory.
2. QC samples before dispatch out to customers.
3. Assists in preparing samples for customers & TPI, SDS for sample dispatch if required.
4. Provide technical support / back-up to sales and marketing function.
5. Assist in evaluate new raw materials.
6. Do trials at customers' plants
Essential Function 2:
1. Follow the standard operating procedures requirement of latest ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
2. Observe & comply Avient's EH&S guideline, safety working procedure.
3. Continuously provide ideas for continuous improvement of the company.
Essential Function 3:
1. Able to work on rotating shift.
2. Able to work extended hours if required.
Essential Function 4:
1. Maintain 6S of the workplace.
2. Maintain good documentation and record.
3. Meet the target set by management for Key Performance Index (KPI).
4. Carry out other duties assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
- Education: University.
- Business experience:
1. Knowledge on computer usage. (eg. Microsoft Office) and basic English.
2. Good color sense.
3. Good interpersonal skill.
4. Able to work as a team & be disciplined.
- Avient experience: Understand Avient Organization and processes well.
