WHAT WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN
Manage daily finished-goods testing activities and effectively assign testing tasks to laboratory technicians based on workload and priorities.
Implement and regularly update testing standards and test methods in accordance with customer and international requirements.
Analyze test results and support the validation and implementation of new test methods to ensure testing accuracy and reliability.
Conduct thorough quality evaluations of raw materials and finished products prior to laboratory testing.
Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions to identify and address potential root causes.
Collaborate with third-party laboratories to verify product compliance with international brand standards and testing requirements.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in laboratory management, quality assurance, or testing in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of international testing standards (ISO, ASTM, AATCC, etc.) and laboratory quality management systems.
Proven experience in test method validation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
Good leadership, task delegation, and workload management skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for daily communication and cross-departmental/third-party collaboration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
