Mô tả công việc

Manages daily department operations, and is responsible for the department's financial budget / enforcement responsibilities, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
Always check/maintain the cleanliness of landscape of hotel and determine the maximum operating expenses for best customer service
Improve personnel management and business processes such as evaluation and fostering of all personnel in the department

Manages daily department operations, and is responsible for the department's financial budget / enforcement responsibilities, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
Always check/maintain the cleanliness of landscape of hotel and determine the maximum operating expenses for best customer service
Improve personnel management and business processes such as evaluation and fostering of all personnel in the department
Assists in evaluating and implementing new technologies, equipment and supplies.
Determines work priorities related to specific tasks such as fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, mowing, raking and spraying.
Ensures all lawns and plantings are properly watered, fertilized and cared for to promote healthy growth and prevent problems.
Ensures compliance with all Grounds departmental policies, standards and procedures.
Ensures contractors quality of work and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Helps ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
Helps maintain inventory of irrigation and other critical items.
Creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Improve personnel management and business processes such as evaluation and fostering of all personnel in the department

Yêu cầu

Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): In-house semi-professional
An in-depth understanding of room-related operations (especially the H / K sector): In-house semi-professional
Knowledge in accounting and financial analysis:Basic knowledge and practical application
Manpower management skills and ability to run flexible schedules: In-house semi-professional
Foreign Language ability: Explanation level
2-year college graduate and above
At least 2-3 years experience at the same position
