Mô tả công việc
Team Management & Supervision:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Delegate daily tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Schedule and monitor staff to ensure timely and effective completion of all landscaping duties, including lawn care, pruning, weeding, and seasonal plantings.
Maintenance of Resort Grounds:
- Oversee the maintenance of landscaping in the 68 villas and surrounding common areas, including gardens, pathways, outdoor seating areas, and recreational spaces.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, neat, and free of debris, with consistent upkeep of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other plantings.
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are functioning efficiently and adjust watering schedules as needed.
Landscape Enhancements & Design Support:
- Assist implementing landscape design plans, ensuring seasonal plantings and garden designs align with the resort's aesthetic and guest experience goals.
- Coordinate with the landscape team to ensure plantings are properly maintained and that landscaping is tailored to seasonal changes.
- Oversee the installation of any new landscape features such as decorative plants, trees, or pathways.
Quality Control & Inspection:
- Regularly inspect the landscape to identify issues such as pests, diseases, or areas needing repair.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all landscape features are in excellent condition and meet resort standards.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring a consistently high-quality outdoor environment that enhances guest satisfaction.
Resource & Equipment Management:
- Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and schedules for repairs and replacements are met.
- Manage inventory of landscaping tools, fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials, ensuring proper storage and cost-effective use.
Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship:
- Implement sustainable landscape practices, such as water conservation, eco-friendly pest control, and responsible use of materials.
- Support the resort's environmental goals by minimizing waste, reducing water usage, and ensuring the efficient operation of irrigation systems.
Guest Interaction & Special Requests:
- Ensure that outdoor areas are always guest-ready, including quick response to any guest requests or concerns regarding landscaping or outdoor spaces.
- Work with the events team to prepare outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and other guest activities that require landscaping preparations.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide recommendations for improvements to landscape areas and communicate any urgent landscaping needs.

Yêu cầu
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good writing skills
Bachelor's degree in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field
3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
