- Supervise Villa Attendants and ensure daily operations meet guest expectations.
- Assign and monitor villa cleaning schedules; inspect completed work.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
- Oversee housekeeping pantries, inventory, and chemical usage.
- Ensure timely minibar restocking and maintain villa surroundings.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Supervise turndown service and special requests.
- Complete administrative tasks and enforce lost-and-found policies.
- Coach and develop team members to maintain performance standards.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of fabric care, laundry chemicals, stain removal, and equipment handling.
- Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
- Basic English communication requirements;
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
