Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate and execute daily LCL export/import shipments from booking confirmation until cargo delivery.
• Plan and manage LCL consolidation (loading plan) to maximize container utilization while ensuring cargo safety and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with co-loaders, carriers, warehouses (CFS), trucking companies, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, manifest, SI, VGM, and other operational documents.
• Monitor shipment milestones (Booking, Stuffing, ETD, ETA, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, POD, etc.) and provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational data, buying/selling rates, and shipment status in the company system.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure excellent service quality.
• Communicate effectively with overseas partners and customers to provide fast and professional operational support.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
• At least 3 year of experience in LCL Operations or a similar freight forwarding role.
• Experience in LCL consolidation, loading planning, or export/import operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and international logistics processes.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
