Lead Electrical Engineer (MCF / Data Centres)

Act as the electrical technical authority for mission critical data centre projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring design quality, compliance, and technical excellence
Lead the design and coordination of MV/LV electrical distribution systems, including utility interfaces, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, and power distribution infrastructure
Oversee power system studies including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and protection coordination using relevant modelling software (e.g., ETAP)
Collaborate closely with the MEP Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure electrical deliverables align with project objectives, programme, budget, and quality standards
Lead and mentor electrical engineers within the regional team, providing technical guidance, design review, and capability development
Establish and maintain electrical design standards, best practices, and QA/QC processes within the Mission Critical Facilities team
Prepare and review technical specifications, reports, and tender documentation
Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and technical proposals, providing recommendations to clients during procurement processes
Represent the company during client meetings, technical workshops, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site testing and commissioning activities
Support business development activities through technical input to bids, proposals, and client presentations
Maintain effective communication and relationships with global teams (NL, GER & UK) and manage and deliver electrical work packages in multiple projects
