We're a Canadian software company helping North American businesses modernize operations using automation and AI. Our work spans multiple industries, from SaaS to financial services.

We're hiring a detail-oriented assistant to support our outbound sales efforts by researching and sourcing high-quality leads. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours-as long as you overlap with Vietnam working hours.

Responsibilities

Use [protected info] and LinkedIn to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
Collect and enter accurate information:
• Full name
• Job title
• Company name
• Verified email
• LinkedIn profile
• Company website
Add short, relevant context notes (e.g., "posted AI job," "manual CRM use").
Maintain clean, deduplicated records in Airtable or Notion.

Meet a weekly output target of 100-150 verified leads.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Hunter, or similar lead-gen tools.
Strong LinkedIn research skills and pattern recognition for buyer signals.
Great attention to detail - your data is clean, complete, and useful.
Comfortable writing in English. (No calls required-this is a research role.)

LinkedIn titles: "Director of Innovation - [Division]" or "BU CTO"
Earnings call mentions AI modernization by division
Procurement or RFPs scoped at the department/LOB level
Budget signs at director level or below

Rejection filter:
❌ Org requires central IT security approval for all vendors
❌ Projects are research-only (labs, POCs with no owner)

Why they buy

Can't get central IT resources
Have fiscal-year mandate to "show AI wins"
