Mô tả công việc
Lead, manage, and coordinate the Design team's workload, priorities, timelines, and quality of output.
Develop visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns, products, and events.
Design a wide range of assets including key visuals, banners, social content, posters, icons, presentations, and video creatives.
Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across different channels and formats.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to turn ideas and strategies into compelling visual communication.
Design basic UI elements and digital interfaces when needed.

Yêu cầu
3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual concept development, branding, and multi format design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Able to manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Practical knowledge of UX/UI design is a strong plus.
Good understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
