Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Lead Process and Automation Engineer (English & Chinese, 2400USD, ID17046):
Conduct analysis and optimization of current manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies, with a focus on eliminating waste, standardizing practices, and driving continuous improvements.
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, boosting overall productivity and operational efficiency.
Design, develop, and implement automated systems that seamlessly integrate with existing manufacturing processes to minimize manual tasks and enhance overall productivity.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring that process improvements are sustainable and effective.
Monitor system performance, assess outcomes, and implement adjustments to achieve both quality and cost performance targets.
Document all changes to processes, maintain operational standards, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, Lean manufacturing innovations, and emerging automation technologies to inform process improvements and remain competitive.
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: under 45 years old
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Having 5 years of work experience in the same position in the electronics manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
Good at English and Chinese
