Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Quality Control Engineer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QC engineers, defining the quality control philosophy and strategy, and continuously improving the quality of our diverse software products, including enterprise applications, AI applications, and 3D applications.
- This role requires a deep understanding of software quality assurance processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- We look forward to see you in our HCM city office but we can accommodate some hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QC engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Define, communicate and implement QC philosophy and strategy, developing and maintaining standards and best practices.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and implement process improvements, monitoring and analyzing QC metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to meet quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QC processes and results, preparing and presenting regular reports on QC activities and metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QA/QC-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on quality status and potential risks.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Your Skills and Experience
Requirement
- 8+ years in software quality control or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QC engineers.
- Proficiency in QC tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working on QA/QC for complex enterprise software applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to tailor QC approaches to different type of applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing.

- Monthly wage: USD3,000‐5000
