Mô tả công việc
ERP Testing & Quality: Perform end-to-end functional, integration and regression testing for ERP applications, with a strong focus on business flows, cross-module impacts, test coverage and overall quality.
Spec Review & Test Design: Review BA specifications early for gaps, contradictions and testability issues; clarify requirements with BAs; and design well-structured test cases using proper coverage techniques, including boundary, equivalence, decision/branch, negative and integration scenarios.
Technical Testing & Root-Cause Investigation: Apply strong SQL/database, API and system knowledge to validate data, investigate complex issues and identify potential root causes beyond the UI level. Use UI, API, database and application logs to provide clear technical findings and evidence to support Dev in bug fixing. Work closely with Dev and BA to clarify requirements, investigate and resolve issues, verify fixes and ensure the delivered solution meets the requirements.
Automation & Efficiency Improvement: Identify repetitive or inefficient testing activities and leverage automation, AI and other technical solutions to reduce manual effort, expand regression coverage and improve testing efficiency.
Team Capability Development: Share technical knowledge, testing techniques, automation and AI practices, and reusable solutions to raise the technical capability, consistency and productivity of the Tester Team. Provide technical guidance on complex testing issues.
Quality, Traceability & Continuous Improvement: Review and improve test cases, coverage, processes and best practices to reduce quality risks and escaped defects. Maintain clear traceability between requirements, test cases and defects, and work closely with the Tester Manager to communicate technical findings, risks and improvement proposals.

Must Have
5+ years of software testing experience, preferably in ERP or other complex business applications.
Strong test design skills across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, using structured coverage techniques.
Strong ERP knowledge, with a good understanding of business processes, transaction flows and cross-module impacts.
Strong technical testing and troubleshooting skills, including SQL/database validation and API testing, with a good understanding of how frontend, API, backend and database components relate. Ability to investigate issues beyond the UI level, including analysing application logs, identifying potential root causes and providing technical findings to support bug fixing.
Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and coverage through automation.
Practical experience using AI tools to support test design, analysis, troubleshooting and overall testing productivity.
Strong ownership and proactive mindset, with a genuine willingness to share knowledge, support other testers and work closely with Tester Manager.
Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Good to Have
Experience testing ERP modules such as Finance, Project Costing, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory or Manufacturing.
Experience integrating automated tests into a CI/CD pipeline (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins) and working knowledge of Git.
Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other testers.
5+ years of software testing experience, preferably in ERP or other complex business applications.
