Sky Corporation Investment And Development Joint Stock Company operates in the field of international e-commerce (CrossBorder E-Commerce), providing a comprehensive service ecosystem including Platform, Fulfillment, Academy, etc. We are currently seeking to recruit a Lead Frontend Developer with the following details:
Technical Leadership: Guide the frontend development team in designing and implementing user interfaces using [protected info] and [protected info], ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Team Management: Lead a team of 5-10 developers, fostering a collaborative environment, providing mentorship, and facilitating professional growth.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
backend developers,
designers, and product managers, to align project objectives and deliverables.
Code Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices to maintain code quality and scalability.
Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
Ensure the high performance and scalability of applications
Goal Setting: Define clear objectives for the team, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve project milestones.
Review code and provide training for lower-level developers.

Technical Proficiency
In-depth knowledge of [protected info] and [protected info] Experience with modern frontend frameworks, including but not limited to Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, Shadcn UI, and Clerk.
Proficiency in implementing user access control models (RBAC, ABAC).
Familiarity with tools such as ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube, CodeClimate, and similar platforms for maintaining high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
Experience with Craft JS or Page Builder framework is a strong plus.
Experience with micro-frontend architecture, mini-app development, and plugin development.
Proficient in working with Git version control systems.
Solid experience in integrating and working with APIs (GraphQL/REST)
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) for global platforms.
Soft Skills
Demonstrated experience leading a team of 5-10 developers, with strong interpersonal and mentorship skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required.
