LEADER/SENIOR - 3D (Event & Activation|BTL)

This position is responsible to lead and manage any assigned 3D projects to accomplish project objectives to maintain client's satisfaction
Job Description:
1. Approach customers:
- Consult Account team about ideas; More feeling with request & brand/client to have good & suitable ideas, design ...
2. Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project:
- Capture, advise, propose creative concept/ ideas, direction & design solutions suitable with client's strategy/plan/ campaign
3. Prepare for project implementation and on-going project:
- Receive whole project's requirements and details once it's approved by client
3.1. 3D-Design (Event & Activation|BTL):
- Brainstorm and discuss with related teams (Account, Creative, Project team) to create conceptualizing creative 3D layout/ ideas, most effective strategic and tactics for project requirements
- Study project brief, analyze by gathering information and data through research, approach the new trend, materials and new technology to develop ideas
- Perform design elements for 2D and 3D for customers' events, activation such as display booth, 3D layout plan, 3D exhibition, 3D mockup packaging, 3D modeling elements [protected info] concept to final artwork..
- 2D & 3D graphic renderings and visualisations of event environments, key visual environments
- Receive feedback from related teams or clients, edit creative works based on the comments until final approval Troubleshoot any problems that arise during project timeline
- Present creative 3D layout/ idea to project team
- Complete project by coordinating and supporting the production team in design, final design & consulting materials to ensure it follows the design and its quality
- Coordinate with related team to review project effectiveness with clients (if any)
- Follow the project timeline, project requirements and schedule and support event/activation team Manage overall creative tasks for multiple projects and clients
4. Control quality and efficient of project:
- Check and ensure that the product is manufactured folowing to the design, achieving operational efficiency Make project's report according to the company/ client's requirements
5. Customer services:
- Support Account team improve service quatity
6. Manage documents:
- Manage projects' documents
