We are looking for a passionate and capable Leadership Development Trainer to join the Talent & Development team. This role is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and delivering leadership learning experiences that help leaders at different levels strengthen their leadership capabilities and apply them effectively in their daily work. Working closely with leadership teams and other stakeholders, the Leadership Development Trainer will translate leadership frameworks and business requirements into engaging training programs, learning materials, workshops, and development activities.
Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
A. Leadership Program Design & Content Development
• Design and develop leadership training programs, workshops, and learning modules based on the company's leadership framework and development roadmap.
• Create training materials including:
◦ Course Curriculums
◦ Presentation decks
◦ Facilitator guides
◦ Participant workbooks
◦ Case studies
◦ Reflection exercises
◦ Role-play scenarios
◦ Learning activities and discussion guides
• Develop learning content on key leadership topics, such as:
◦ Leading Self
◦ Communication & Influence
◦ Coaching & Feedback
◦ Performance Management
◦ Team Leadership
◦ Conflict Management
◦ Emotional Intelligence
◦ Change Management
◦ Strategic Thinking
◦ Enterprise Mindset
• Apply adult learning principles and interactive learning approaches including:
◦ Experiential learning
◦ Case-based learning
◦ Action learning
◦ Peer learning
◦ Blended learning
• Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback, business input, and post-program evaluation.
B. Leadership Training Facilitation & Learning Delivery
• Facilitate leadership workshops and training programs for:
◦ First-time Leaders
◦ Team Leaders
◦ Supervisors
◦ Middle Managers
◦ Senior leaders (optional)
◦ Selected leadership groups
• Create engaging, practical, and psychologically safe learning environments.
• Facilitate:
◦ Group discussions
◦ Leadership roundtables
◦ Reflection sessions
◦ Action learning activities
◦ Peer learning sessions
• Use business cases, workplace scenarios, role plays, and leadership simulations to help participants apply learning in their work.
• Guide participants to translate leadership concepts into daily leadership behaviors.
• Conduct post-training follow-up sessions to reinforce learning application and behavior change.
• Support senior leaders and internal speakers in preparing and facilitating leadership-sharing sessions.
C. Learning Experience & Internal Trainer Support
• Support the Talent & Development Head in building internal leadership trainers capability.
• Prepare facilitator guides, activity instructions, and standard delivery materials for internal trainers.
• Co-facilitate or observe leadership sessions delivered by internal trainers and provide feedback for improvement.
• Contribute ideas to improve learning methodologies, participant engagement, and leadership learning experiences.
• Help maintain and organize leadership learning resources, templates, and knowledge repositories.
D. Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
• Collect and analyze:
◦ Participant feedback
◦ Training evaluations
◦ Learning assessments
◦ Attendance records
◦ Post-program application results
• Prepare training reports and recommendations for program improvement.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance participant experience and learning outcomes.
• Update training materials regularly to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
E. T&D Projects and Team Support
• Support Leadership Development and Talent & Development projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with other T&D team members to deliver integrated learning initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics, communication, and learning activities when required.
• Contribute to building a learning culture and strengthening leadership capability across the organization.

Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
• Professional certifications in Training, Facilitation, Coaching, Leadership Development, or Instructional Design are an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Corporate Training, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and facilitating leadership training programs.
• Strong experience in:
• Leadership facilitation
• Learning design
• Workshop development
• Classroom and virtual training delivery
• Experience facilitating leadership programs for supervisors, team leaders, or managers is preferred.
• Experience working in multinational, construction, technology, or large organizations is an advantage.
