Mô tả công việc
- Conduct Project review with the involvement of relevant on a daily basis and support them to achieve project result/ KPIs in a timely and an effective manner
- Ensure employee involvement for Lean initiatives, implement and sustain same, follow up on the progress made by the plants/HO in order to ensure that the required standards are adhered to whilst supporting the following:
+ Facilitate the preparation of PDCA's for identified issues by coordinating with relevant persons
+ Arrange/Conduct Lean related training for employees (Ex: 5S,Problem solving)
- Design systems, tools, forms, and processes to enable people to succeed in delivering the expected organizational/ people development benefit.
- Design and delivery relevant key people development program such as trainings, workshops, kaizen weeks and best practice sharing forums.
- SOP creation and version updates.
- Self-competency upgrading through daily problem solving and self-learning.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
