Mô tả công việc
- Develop & delivery a strategy for deploying Kaizen program to encourage idea submission from all departments.
- Train & conduct the communication program for motivating operators to submit the kaizen idea.
- Collect ideas, screen & select ideas & support participants to prepare, promote with BOD follow the policy & implementation in shopfloor. (include the benefit calculation).
- Lead the Kaizen meetings, Award events & Join the Kaizen Events.
- Develop the skill to join the Lean six sigma - continuous improvement project as members, facilitator & become the leader.
- Other assignments from manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering or other majors with relevant experience.
- FRESHER or up to 2 years' experience Practicing Lean and 6 Sigma in a manufacturing company.
- Efficient English skill, Good Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Strong communication & graphic design skill will be competitive advantage.
- Creativity and Innovation for Continuous improvement Idea
- Energizing and inspiring others to drive Kaizen Idea program
- Teamwork to connect & work with the related departments for Kaizen event
- Be able to lead the Event & the training session to develop Kaizen culture
