LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Build employee training and development programs:
Collect all the training demand from departments, analyze the training needs of the company
Develop and maintain a training material following the company's process
Organize corporate training programs as scheduled:
Organize and implement training programs for managers and employees
In charge of onboarding Program and soft skills training
Participate in other HR activities
2. Evaluate employee's performances
Identify, evaluate and nurture talents, develop plans to develop and retain qualified staff, develop a new generation of leaders for the unit
In charge of evaluating period of company
JOIN US IF YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related business field
Minimum 6 months (Fresher) or 2 year (Junior) of experience in similar positions/HR field
Strong creative mindset, growth mindset and customer services mindset
Extreme attention to detail and ability to organize data and process

Salary: negotiation (Fresher 10 - 12 mil; Junior 14 - 18 mil)
