Job Description
1. Efficiency
1.1. Scheduling Efficiency
- Manage teacher efficiency and GLXM efficiency across the region to meet targets.
- Monitor and control intensity, ensuring classes are opened in line with company policies.Support and follow up with centers when intensity is below target.
- Track and manage cancellation hours weekly and monthly. Minimize cancellations and optimize make-up to safeguard revenue.
- Work with the recruitment team to prioritize teacher allocation for centers with teacher shortages.
- Coordinate with schedulers to arrange teacher coverage across centers when necessary.
1.2. Operational cost efficiency
- Oversee and manage TA costs, ensuring monthly and yearly cost align with approved budgets
- Track and monitor center cost efficiency, ensuring that costs are used within regulations and within the given budget
2. Learning Experience
- Manage and monitor teacher changes across the region to ensure a positive learning experience for students.
- Ensure the quality of Teaching Assistants by:
+ Ensuring TA Supervisors conduct TA Observations monthly.
+ Monitoring TA feedback, ensuring TA Supervisors address concerns effectively
+ Collaborating with TD to deliver targeted training for TAs based on performance gaps, feedback, or monthly/quarterly themes.
- Oversee the timely completion and delivery of student reports to parents.
3. Learning Outcomes
Monitor and improve student academic outcomes by:
+ Regularly tracking home learning completion and scores across the region.
+ Initiating and providing guidance to centers to improve home learning completion metrics.
+ Ensuring students at each center follow the proper test process, update test scores on time, and support centers with high rates of low test scores.
+ Monitoring academic feedback overall, and collaborating with S/G/LXMs to support centers with high feedback rates.
4. Training & Development
- Plan and execute LXO recruitment and onboarding, including buddy assignments.
- Conduct weekly updates/meetings with the LXO team to align on tasks, policies, and projects.
- Coordinate with TD to organize training sessions based on performance gaps and project requirements.
- Ensure LXO compliance with Apollo's policies and guidelines.
- Coach LXOs to prepare them for internal promotion to Senior/Regional positions.
5. Cambridge
- Plan exam dates, timelines, and communication plans for centers.
- Achieve Cambridge quarterly and yearly targets as set by the company.
- Process registration and payment for Cambridge exams with HCMC DOET.
- Address issues arising before, during, and after the exams.
- Deliver certificates to centers on time.
- Compile and monitor Cambridge exam results for Apollo students.
6. General and Other duties
- Provide general support for LXOs on daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or education - related roles.
- Language: Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
