Leasing Senior Executive (Sales)

- Identify and negotiate new leasing prospects for developments with speculative or pre-committed basis as well as stabilized assets.
- Leasing marketing comprises developing, managing, and executing office marketing plans, including advertising, promotion, and public relations.
- Manage leasing contracts, Draft leasing forms including but not limited to LOI (Letter of Intent), Lease agreement, commission Agreement, Tenant booklet, Fitting out guidelines...
- Execute full leasing process, including understanding the client's needs, conducting a site visit with the client, preparing a proposal, negotiating the lease, concluding the agreement, monitoring the fee payment, etc.
- Develop marketing strategy for the portfolio and innovations that outlines the target market, the budget, and the rationale behind the suggested marketing approach.
- Conduct local market research of the available inventory and rival properties to guarantee accurate pricing and promotion in relation to market rent, tenant upgrades, and rental abatement.
- Perform administrative duties such as arranging showings, keeping track of tenant communications, and updating databases with new listings or lease agreements for the Team leader and leasing agents.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader and General Director.
