Teaching Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in automation and control engineering.
Develop and update course materials (syllabi, assignments, assessments, exams).
Apply active teaching methods such as project-based and problem-based learning.
Minimum teaching workload: 280 hours per academic year.
Provide academic advising, career guidance, and supervise undergraduate projects and theses.
Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student development.
Curriculum Development:
Design and update course content aligned with industry trends and technological advancements.
Collaborate with faculty to develop interdisciplinary programs and academic initiatives.
Research Responsibilities:
Conduct research in automation and control engineering.
Publish in reputable journals and conferences.
Seek research funding and build national/international research collaborations.
Community Service & Administration:
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.
Support academic events, workshops, and guest lectures.
Contribute to community outreach and promote the field of automation and control engineering."

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral (preferred) degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical - Electronics Engineering, or related fields
Proven teaching or industry experience in automation and control engineering.
A demonstrated ability to conduct impactful research.
