Mô tả công việc
- Give accurate and timely counsel to other departments in a variety of legal topics
- Draft/review/update internal policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Manage risk and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority business partners, etc.)
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
- Provide clarification on legal language to everyone in the organization
- Keep the company updated on the changes in law & regulations, evaluate their impact on company
- Represent the company in court case dealing, complaint case dealing and any other disputes.
- Do the translation
- Provide the training
- Handle other works as assigned from time to time by the Company.
Yêu cầu
Academic/ Professional Qualifications
Law degree
Language Proficiency
Proficient in English (spoken/written).
Experience
Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience; Working for a multi-national company ( FMCG ) as an in-house lawyer is a plus.
Specialized knowledge or skills required
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good communication and presentation skills
