• Providing advice on Legal issues for BOD and business units;
• First drafting, consolidate and file the dossiers for corporate registration and investment activities of Branch;
• Drafting/first drafting/review contracts arising in the day-to-day operations of Company; Verify of contract before sending to sign (English and Vietnamese);
• Updating local Law and regulation timely;
• Organize the archiving, preservation and control the use of legal dossiers and documents under the management of Legal Manager and BOD; and
• Other Legal tasks as required.

Yêu cầu
* JOB REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS:
• University graduation with major in Law;
• English fluency, special in speaking and writing - Toeic 500 or equivalent or Ielts 5.;
* SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
• Well understanding and researching in law and regulation;
• Well in interpersonal and communication skills; and
* EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2-year of working experience.
• Experience in Law Firm about Investment is preferred.
• Completed or attended the Lawyer Training Course are preferred.
