Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 350 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
You will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating a diverse array of complex commercial contracts, and counseling internal business partners, translate contract and legal documents.
Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical legal advice on licensing, regulatory (labor, investment, import & export, F&B, ...) and counterparty risk.
Collaborates with other internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute strategies and initiatives that accomplish the company's business objectives while maintaining legal compliance.
Serve as a legal advisor, providing legal counsel and guidance and strategic advice.
Consult and implement legal procedures related to the field of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patents...
Update the system of legal documents and Vietnamese standards related to the Group's activities and report directly to management.
Analyze and coordinate to guide the implementation of legal documents related to the Group's activities.
Other legal work as assigned by superiors.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in law.
From 2-3 years of experience, experience in E-commerce is an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Critical thinking skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Preffered qualifications
Experience in regulatory compliance, especially in areas related to E - commerce.
Be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Be proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
Enthusiastic about sustainability.
Exceptionally good communication skills (written and spoken).
