Legal Specialist (Advisory & Compliance)
to join our team in Hanoi.
The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal advice and support for Meey Land's business, investment, transactions and operations, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing potential legal risks.
Job Responsibilities The role includes reviewing and assessing the legal validity of contracts, transactions and legal documents; handling legal procedures and documentation with competent government authorities; and supporting partner and customer relations on legal matters.
The Legal Specialist will also support the handling of disputes, communication crises and other legal issues, working to protect the Company's legitimate rights and interests. The position will coordinate with external law firms and legal advisors, monitor legal work and review relevant documents.
In addition, the role will be responsible for updating new laws and legal information related to
PropTech
, identifying potential legal risks and providing timely advice and warnings to the Company.
