• Provide legal support for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with local government agencies to facilitate project approvals and permits.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to energy projects and construction.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support project development and implementation.
• Advise project teams on legal risks and compliance issues.
• Assist in dispute resolution and manage legal documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in energy laws and regulations that may impact company operations.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in energy or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and legal frameworks related to renewable energy.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proven ability to work effectively with local government agencies.
• Background in law with a focus on energy or construction law preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
