Mô tả công việc
Conducting legal research in relation to fast-food business such as business lines, food safety, advertising, fire protection and prevention;
Preparation of applications and documents required for submission to authorities in relation to business licenses, food safety certificates for Branches, Business Locations of the Company, advertising licenses for billboards;
Reviewing Security Service Contracts, BO Contracts, Contracts for pest control, contracts for garbage collection for stores in order to comply with Company policies, applicable laws and to protect Company's interests;
Supporting around 80 stores when receiving inspection notices from local authorities in relation to food safety, fire protection and prevention, preparing POA and providing legal documents at request; advise/ guide store staff necessary steps when working with local authorities;
Support, provide for stores forms, templates of contracts (if needed), forms on food safety, fire protection and prevention;
Guiding stores to submit application files for obtaining licenses and receive feedbacks from relevant licensing authorities in respect of the applications files and then modify such applications files (if required);
Coordinate with suppliers to conduct annual environmental reports for EC stores;
Keeping/saving licenses, environmental documents and legal documents of Company, its branches and business locations;
Contacting and working with state agencies when necessary;
Management of company seals and branch seals;
Supporting the administrative activities of the Legal;
Other tasks as requested by Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu
Graduated the Law University.
Have at least 2-year experiences in Legal Department
Be responsible, hardworking, proactive in handling work
Be active and creative when implementing assigned tasks.
Have capacity to work independently and as a team member.
Good at using: MS Office: Word, Power Point Good English communication skill.
