Mô tả công việc
Monitor pool and beach areas to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies.
Enforce safety rules and regulations in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform water rescues and provide first aid when necessary.
Conduct regular safety checks of pool and beach equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain and improve lifesaving skills.
Educate guests about water safety and local beach conditions.
Complete accurate incident reports when required.
Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a positive guest experience.

Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
