Lighting Designer

Lighting Designer - Graduate / Junior Level
We are looking for a motivated Junior Lighting Designer to join our team and contribute to outdoor and street-lighting projects in Vietnam and internationally, primarily across Europe.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, develop strong technical skills and build a long-term career in lighting design. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and potential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop outdoor and street-lighting designs for international and local projects.
Perform lighting calculations and technical analyses according to project requirements.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, 3D models, presentations and rendered images.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective integration and delivery of lighting solutions.
Ensure designs comply with applicable international and Vietnamese standards, codes and regulations.
Follow company design procedures, professional standards and project guidelines.
Support other projects and departments when required.
Candidate Profile
Recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, MEP or a related field.
Strong willingness to learn and ability to develop new skills independently.
Proactive, curious and committed to building a long-term career in lighting design.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and DIALux or DIALux evo is preferred.
Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp or other design and 3D software is an advantage.
Good English communication skills, as the role involves international projects and collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable working as part of a team.
Able to organise tasks effectively, work independently and meet project deadlines.
