Lite-On is a world-leading electronics corporation that offers a professional, modern, and sustainable working environment. We are looking for a talented IE/Lean Engineer to join our growing team and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities
Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) activities throughout the manufacturing facility.
Analyze production processes, perform line balancing, and optimize productivity.
Lead Lean Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
Apply Lean tools and methodologies such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Line Balancing, Time Study, and Standard Work.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Productivity, Efficiency, and Cost Savings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in Industrial Engineering (IE), Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Production Excellence.
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Good command of English for daily communication and work purposes.
