A Live Chat Agent will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance through chat-based interactions. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be key in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Engage with customers via chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Liaising between guests and partners to resolve issues of light complexity via live chat and messaging on various topics such as address changes, name changes, bank account changes, and complaint handling....
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate tools, methods, and processes.
Reporting serious cases or inconsistent situations immediately.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
Proactively updating information and knowledge about customer service.
Provide feedback on common customer issues or suggestions for process improvement and report technical issues as needed.

Key requirements
Customer service industry experience: tourism, hotel reception staff, call center/helpdesk, restaurant service, other direct customer service experience, heavy emphasis on tourists/foreigners
Customer centric mindset
Ability to talk and have the personality that is energetic and not overly shy
Able to communicate clearly
Basic English a plus
Basic German a plus
General knowledge: person should know where Germany is on the map, other general knowledge about the world (we can do some testing)
Additional requirements
Good typing speed in Vietnamese (>40 WPM)
Perfect writting in Vietnamese
