About THN Network
THN Network is a new-generation Social Commerce agency that partners with brands to drive sustainable business growth through Influencer Marketing, Livestream Commerce, and Affiliate Marketing.
Backed by a diverse network of creators and an experienced team, THN helps brands transform influence into measurable business results through campaigns that combine strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and creative execution. We believe that authentic connections between brands and creators are the foundation for creating long-term value for both businesses and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the pre-broadcast checklist for each assigned Shopee Live session under the supervision of the Livestream Operations Executive in charge, including product samples, price tags, cue cards, printed run-of-show, and studio props laid out in broadcast order.
Enter the approved product list, selling prices, vouchers, Flash Sale slots, and combo deals into the pinning sheet, then cross-check each entry against the assortment file and report any mismatch to the session owner before the session goes on air.
Update the weekly broadcast calendar with confirmed session times, assigned hosts, creators, studio rooms, and brand names, and circulate the updated version to the team on the agreed schedule.
Record in-session figures at fixed time intervals during the broadcast - CCU/PCU, ATC, orders, NMV, and GMV - into the live tracking sheet, and flag to the Executive on duty when a figure moves outside the range indicated in the session brief.
Monitor the live comment section, log recurring viewer questions and requested products, and pass them to the host support staff so the host can address them on air.
Record operational incidents as they occur, such as an incorrect pinned price, an out-of-stock SKU, a voucher that fails to apply, or an unstable connection, and escalate each one immediately to the Executive or Supervisor on duty without attempting to resolve it independently.
Collect post-session data from the Shopee Live reporting dashboard, fill in the post-session recap template with session figures, dashboard screenshots, and highlight timestamps, and submit the completed file to the session owner within the deadline set by the team.
Maintain the shared operations archive by filing scripts, run-of-show documents, pinning sheets, session recordings, and recap files under the naming convention applied by the team.
Update the creator session tracker with the duration, date, and reported NMV of each broadcast so the team can review each creator's standing against the requirements of Shopee creator tier and mega live programs.
Assist the team in preparing materials, schedules, and studio logistics ahead of peak periods such as Double Day campaigns, payday sale, and mid-month sale.
Candidate Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field, available to commit to a full three-month internship.
No prior professional experience required; exposure to livestream selling, online selling, student clubs, or event operations is an advantage.
Active Shopee user with a working understanding of Shopee Live, Shopee Video, shop and platform vouchers, and Flash Sale; general awareness of other live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop is a plus.
Practical proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including data entry, filtering, and basic formulas, together with Google Slides for recap materials.
Ability to enter figures accurately and at speed while a session is on air, and to keep a tracking sheet complete from the first minute to the last.
Careful and detail-oriented, comfortable with checklist-based work, repeated verification steps, and fixed reporting deadlines.
Clear written and spoken Vietnamese for internal coordination, and sufficient English to read platform terminology, product specifications, and dashboard metric names.
Willingness to work on a rotating broadcast schedule, including evening slots and weekend sessions during Double Day and payday sale campaigns.
Composed under time pressure, and willing to raise problems to the person in charge immediately rather than deciding on a solution alone.
Receptive to direct feedback and disciplined in following the standard operating procedures and templates set by the team.
What We Offer
Monthly allowance paid throughout the internship, reviewed against performance and contribution.
Structured onboarding and direct mentoring from the team lead, with hands-on exposure to live campaigns from week one.
Full provision of equipment and tools required for work.
Opportunity to work closely with leading Creators, KOLs/KOCs, and top brands in the Social Commerce industry.
A young, open, and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and personal growth.
Internship confirmation and performance reference on completion, and priority consideration for a full-time offer.
Flexible check-in policy, along with employee engagement activities throughout the year.
Ready to grow with THN Network? Send us your CV - we'd love the opportunity to get to know you and explore how we can build great things together.
