Key Responsibilities
Livestream Production: Support the setup and execution of Mega and Daily livestream sessions for creators, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output.
Camera Operation: Operate cameras during livestreams and production shoots, capturing professional-quality footage that aligns with brand and creator requirements.
Technical Setup: Assist in preparing and configuring livestream equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, OBS software) both in studio and at creators' locations.
On-site Support: Participate directly in livestream sessions to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video, audio, lighting, and streaming software.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the visual and audio quality of livestreams meets THN's production standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, livestream operators, technical staff, and other departments to deliver seamless livestream experiences.
Content Support: Contribute to the production of promotional clips, teasers, and advertising videos for creators when required.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1 year of experience in livestream production, camera operation, or video editing.
Proficiency in livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) and technical tools (OBS, vMix, TikTok Live Studio, streaming software).
Hands-on experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about livestream production and social commerce.
